Upscaler

This board digitizes analog video and audio, performs upscaling to increase the resolution and outputs the result via HDMI. The hardware supports just about any analog video format you could think of (composite, s-video, RGB scart, VGA, YPbPr ("component")) with the exception of RF. The idea behind this is to take the output from classic consoles, pass it through this board and then feed it into a modern LCD screen, without incurring the deinterlacing delay and poor quality the builtin upscalers usually suffer from.

It uses an ADV7181C on the input and an AD9889B on the output side, with an XC7A35T FPGA performing the actual upscaling.
